  I agree with all these post. The bald mid 40s man had a negative attitude as soon as I stepped into the office. The coarse is terrible as you have cones instead of barrels and you have to make a 3 point turn just to get out of the parrel parking spot. I parked perfectly with tapping the side of the curb while pulling in. Wont accept online insurance card and after faxing it over and taking the test and failing over something petty the guy didn't even give back the insurance card. Plus the guy took a personal phone call while dealing with us and was examining the FAXED insurance card for legit 5 mins. While waiting to take the test they openingly complained about traveling to different offices to work BUT these people get paid for mileage.

  Parallel parking: there's not enough room for another car to be parked in front of the space before backing in. Workers are not as rude as everyone makes them out to be. The guy that tested me seemed pretty nice. Could not locate the building, it's very hard to see. Wouldn't recommend taking your test here simply because of the unprofessionally built parking space provided for parallel parking.

  I failed my first test here. The old guy who gave me my test was quite nice, though. The problem I have is that their parallel parking spot has these hugely-based reflectors INSIDE the spot.... Literally taking 3 ft away from what the average test spots length is. This spot was short enough that I wasn't sure if the car I was in was going to fit. On google earth my boyfriend and I measured the length of Kittannings and surrounding areas test spots and it was at least (with the added reflectors) 2 ft shorter than the rest. Makes me wonder why they would do something like that. If at ALL possible, take your test in Clarion or Greensburg. I passed my test in Clarion the second time. The course was very easy and the parallel spot had those 2 or 3 SUPER important extra feet that could be the difference between you passing and failing.
